Thank you for your interest in our mentor program! We are so excited to have you apply. Our program is completely free of charge for Latinas ages 15-25 years of age, we ask that you take this very seriously. When you apply please plan to attend all the sessions and take full advantage of the benefits our program offers you for a lifetime.

Program Requirement: 500 word (max) essayexplaining why it is important for you to participate in the CORE PROGRAM of The Fig Factor Foudation, and what is the impact you think it will have in your personal life and as a member of the community.
Volunteer to Be a Mentor
Being a mentor requires a commitment of 6 months and passing a background check. The benefits of being a mentor are up to the individual. We believe that mentoring allows for one’s experience to benefit others and that a mentor makes a difference in the world.
